About Brendan Homan
I have been selling real estate since 1993. It’s my passion. Even my wife is a real estate agent. I have sold hundreds of properties, and every single sale campaign is unique. I enjoyed 12 wonderful years with the International RE/MAX network, including being a co-owner in an office and in that time was fortunate to be inducted into the prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame. However, I concluded that I don’t wish to be running a large business and prefer to concentrate on my passion of marketing great properties.
I love selling homes in the area I live and am passionate about. I partner with property owners to drive better selling outcomes with best-in-class marketing, media planning and distribution, negotiation and everything in between.
I work with individual property owners as well as small to medium sized developers. I have significant experience in building and small-scale land developments.
I am improving the level of service beyond what any property seller has experienced in the industry thus far, one client at a time.
Real Estate Exposed is a ‘weekly’ vlog where I share ‘inside’ knowledge on buying and selling property, how to navigate finance and insight into how government changes can influence the market. I also share what makes our local bayside suburbs a great place to live. Over 150 episodes have been released to date.
